11/11/2011: Senate Version of the House H.R. 3012 Per Country Numberical Limitation Elimination Bill Introduced in the Senate Yesterday, 11/10/2011

This bill may be a companion bill of the H.R. 3012 on the Senate side, which apparently was introduced yesterday in anticipation of House passing H.R. 3012 and reaching of the bill in the Senate soon.
