I see that gcseeker is back from his slumber. Welcome back!
Wife got combo card today, going to ssn office tomorrow. Me thinks will get my combo card also tomorrow.
Real deal will be GC though. If only CO wud have opened Nov batch 15 days more, my RD wud have been 11/1 instead of 12/1 :)
My feeling is that soon they will retro back to mid 2007. It will stall there for a while, few lucky one from oct -nov 2007 will get gc even some early 2008 are until uscis settle with all new apps and process them.it is same as July 2007 dos could have make date current if they wanted.
Nishant,
That's right, we have to keep track of all foreign trips.
Soggadu,
Thank you

I wonder why TSC did RFE's for Birth certificate and Marriage certificate(although were submitted before) for lot of Oct filers.Quote:

Sogaddu bhai the statistics do indicate that TSC has a huge backlog on its hands. They are going by RD. Probably the approvals are higher but because Trackitt is down all day fewer people are able to update. At the current rate TSC may take 2 months to catch up with NSC. God bless all TSC filers we need some luck. I heard that our very own Indiaeb2 baba :) can help :) :). PD is irrelevant in the game now what is required is luck to have a nice officer to pick up your case.
Congrats, Veni!
Leo, hopefully you are next. Looks like TSC is still mostly processing first week of October cases and your receive date is second week of October. As Teddy was saying, lets hope approvals pick up again from tomorrow!
Champu bahi if the dates stay current its definitely possible. Most NSC filers have got approvals within a month of FP. NSC is approving Nov filers quite consistently. After that its Dec filers. Hopefully the next VB will show the 6 months forward movement that everyone is talking about. Also note that the cap is being consumed at a pretty brisk rate.
Thanks everyone for your responses. A quick google provided all the links needed.
