I see some more NSC GC approvals today for Nov filers... the most painful one was with PD Oct 23 2007... happy for that guy but not happy with TSC...

Just received the physical Green Cards and approval notices in mail :)

Here is timeline after approval:-

25th Jan: - Card production ordered
26th Jan:- Approval Notices (I-797) mailed out by USICS
27th Jan:- Cards mailed out by USCIS (I believe they are shipped from Corbin, KY)
30th Jan:- Cards and approval notices in hand:)

Another thing i noticed is that the my photo on the GC is one taken during biometrics appt (not the ones we sent out with I-485).

yup, I was just watching that :(

I hope TSC wakes up soon. They have listed that they are processing applications from March 2011, when NSC is processing within 4 months. I wonder if there's some tug of war for resources and we are just in the midst of it. I hope not :(

TSC: PD 12-Sep 2007 | RD - 4 Nov 2011 | ND - 8 Nov 2011 | EAD/AP- 27 Jan 2012 | 485 : <waiting....>

Leo I thought the March 2011 officially shown date has not been updated since Sept 2011. The evidence on the other hand is pointing to TSC being very slow in fact.

I did some googling and turns out TSC is still burdended with some of the older EB1 applications and pending service requests....skeptical at this point of time that TSC can expedite anything.

I found an article after googling.It is from a law firm which had an lawyer representative meet at TSC in July 2011 and the article states the Kazarian memo impacted the EB1 cases heavily at TSC and this is causing all the delay.

TSC has been notorious in the past as well for very slow processing.

Article from Capitol Immigration group from Feb 2011 stating lot of delays in I-130 family based apps at TSC as well.

Interestingly whenever TSC slowed down considerably the only remedy was to transfer cases to VSC/California and other centres.

My phone just beeped 4 times and I got 4 emails from USCIS. Appears that EAD/AP applications are Approved for spouse & self.

FP: 12/24/2011 [Early walkin]
FP: 01/18/2012 [Scheduled]
EAD/AP: 01/30/2012 [Approval Email]

Only for tracking purposes for who might be interested in this info, got fp notice today. Took 1 month from filing. Cnsidering holidays its really under a month. FP : Notice date: 1/20 Apptmt: 2/16

Btw i tried looking up the receipt numbers before me and found bulk of them were I90 request for renewal of alien card or something, also most had a remard that fee has been waived. I havent done any research as to what this is yet, i m sure gurus here know.

Based on gc0907's idea, I also did a "research" on the 485 receipts numbers before and after mine (for NSC) - total research base of 20 receipts :)

The weird thing i observed was that quite a lot of ppl have a receipt number later than mine even though their "Receipt Date" is earlier than mine. Anyways, I checked the status of each of these receipts again today and 2 of them before me got approval. Hope mera # comes this week.....

PS: I had noted this before last month, but now I am sure that gc0907 has been praying way too hard compared to the rest of us :) :) Now I am in the hands of indiaeb2 baba.....

pdmar08, i got my FP notice on 12/27. FP scheduled date: Feb 8th. But today went for walkin and completed the FP. My ND/RD are close to yours. PD: DEC31, 2007. NSC

First of all amazing version of Kolaveri :) Definetly make an video out of it .I missed all the fun having been completely away from the forum due to some issues at work.

The statistics are quite telling in that the approvals percentage has literally stopped to an trickle from TSC :( ...thanks for posting this.

Cheers! Now do remember to keep a log of all dates of any foreign trips. Citizenship form has a huge table to put them all down 5 years later :)

This guy PD 13 March 2008 got 2 year EAD/AP card he claims. Don't know what to make of it, maybe just a fat finger by USCIS. Thought I will share though. We shud observe if this trend holds in next few days before VB, or is just a one off.
