My GC process started in EB3 around 2005, but I moved on to a different job (within same company) and filed in EB2 in Sep 2007 (no porting). Like I said before, our receipt numbers were not recognized in the system earlier. So, we were redirected to L2 officer. When I asked for status for biometrics appointment, he said NSC scheduling is pretty backed up(lot of people in the Queue). He said you are good because you are in the queue to be scheduled.Quote:

Wov, this is something new. got case status update for EAD for me and wife even informing that USPS has picked up my card.

Its been a long journey for me as well, came to the US in 1999. I received SMS notifications and email notifications last night that both my wife's and my EAD & AP are in the status of CPO. Thank you all for your support during this period. Below are my details.

NSC is definitely performing fantastically well. TSC atleast for EAD / AP went by RD. Let’s hope that TSC also comes up with some approvals. NSC officers are approving any case that is good. Congratulations to all who have been approved.

i guess one of the things that matter is - when did the applicant last enter in to the US... if the entry was 6 years ago then IO has to go through applicants history and make sure applicant was never out of status. if the applicant entered in to the US recently then it makes IO's task easier to approve the case...
