We received our RFE letters and they have asked for a copy of our BCs. That is all they have asked. I'm thinking yours must also be BC related.
strange, I'm thinking that someone might have misplaced bcs in bulk while reordering them. Or have put one bc into others files that they have to request BC for all.

Yes and this is not new. My cousin who filed during July 2007 fiasco, got RFE for his wife to submit BC in 2009, although he had provided the same when filed. So this has been going on since a while.Quote:

I'm almost sure that yours is a BC as well. Get your documents and response ready to go. So that you can file the same day you receive the actual letter.

My attorney just received my RFE. Its for a flu shot. Going to try and turn it around today.
Quick question for Those with flu shot rfe. Did your doctor fill out a new 693 form or just modify the existing one and sign and date?
