GC-Utopic

How is TSC / NSC determined? my 140 is NSC but 485 sent to TSC,,,

Nisshant/ Teddy , Do u guys see any specific pattern or a general work load distribution?

Guys, there are more than 10 EB2 October approvals on MITBBS! All of them are from TSC.

It looks like they are approving the Ocotober cases full time now.

All of them are PWMB guys.

It makes perfect sense because October VB date was 7/15/2007. There is no way that they can approve the PD after 7/15/2007 yet.

November VB date was 11/1/2007. I believe we will see some approvals of the guys with PD between 7/15/2007-11/1/2007 after several days.

One Chinese guy got approval in 2 months. That's how quick it is now!

You submitted 485 in Dec. 1st, right? I believe you will get GC in Feb!

Thank you for the information. I should have done research prior to posting. It was based on information from some of my friends who are in EB3I and has been paying renewal fee. It was not based on other websites.

That wud be great, but provided they have enough QSP numbers to allocate for ppl between 7/15/2007 and 11/1/2007, correct?

Does anyone have any idea on what the demand is between 7/15/2007 and 11/1/2007? and how many QSP numbers are expected this quarter. This might give us an idea on our wait time, just a thought...

BTW, recent news, a Nov 2011 NSC applicant (within Trackitt) got his/her 485 approval with a PD date of 7/31/2007

This is probably off topic and does not belong on this forum..My apologies for sidetracking the conversation..

A friend told me that his Perm application (in Washington D.C. area) has been pending since Sept. 2011 because of delays in Prevailing Wage Determination. I am sure that there are no discrepancies in his application. He is a full-time employee of a mid-sized company and he is definitely making 100K+. I am not sure if there are any administrative delays.

Is anyone else aware about any DOL related delays?

I went in for the FP today (early walk-in). Based on my understanding from my experience if you receive only 485 on the FP notice ( and there is no mention of 765) you should still be good. They did code 2 and code 3.
