The company was in sick state for a while and he was expecting to retire at 58 in about 2 years. The company gave him the full salary for 2 years till his retirement and retrenched him. The anger, the bitterness at the belief the company where he worked for 35 years cheated him of a graceful retirement ate him from inside resulting in loss of his health.
So I agree when you said the transactional side of a company, but carrying a grudge after a while, your health will get impacted.
Any place I work is my temple as I treat any monetary compensation as Dhanlakshmi. If I left that place, all it means that place did not suit me, there are many others working there to make an honest living. You can call it my quirk or whatever, but I find it very difficult to blame an organization.
However when it comes to people who destroyed Kingfisher, Satyam(it could transform inspite of having fraud owner) I have no sympathy for those.
