Wondering what the impact of china meltdown will have on EB-5 utilization & spillover. Hopefully the capital controls being placed in mainland will slow down the pace of application & give a good spillover to EB-2 in 2016.
On the contrary it could increase. People from China would be more inclined to diversify their investments and start businesses in USA.Quote:
