NSC ...No FP Notice Yet ..is this normal?

NSC || PD : OCT 2007 || RD: 14-Nov-2011 || ND:25-Nov-2011 || FP Notice : ?? || EAD/AP : ??

I haven't yet received FP notice yet ..no EAD/AP ..is this normal from timeline perspective? When should I expect FP notice?

I would say please raise a SR after 1 month of my RD

Thanks indaieb2 ...so if I understand correctly ..wait till 25th Dec( 1 month after my RD of 25-Nov) for FP notice ..or else raise SR? Please confirm.

Did you get your FP done or you just got the notice on 12/16?

You see, I got my FP on 15th and is scheduled on 30th.
So they are kind of random I think.

Yeah, I got my FP done on 12/16 (early walk-in), the actual date was 2 weeks later...

Got my finger printing done today 12/19 in ATLANTA ASC. Actual Fingerprinting date was 1/10/2012. Went to ATLANTA ASC around 3 PM this afternoon and got it done in less than 20 minutes. The place was practically empty.

What determines which service center an application is processed in? Is it basee on the state i reside in / my employee office location / I-140 applied location. Can you please enlighten me. I heard TSC is much quicker than NSC or Vermont office.

Congrats!. So, is it true that the email/text alerts are sent later in the day? Would you mind telling us the time you got the text notification? Also, which timezone are you on?

8:11pm Eastern. For some reason, 765 approval alert came again at 10:20pm.

From Trackitt - Only 17 cases out pf 146 from the Tracker EB2-I + TSC + NOV are approved. Most of us are waiting. Hopefullly the figure will improve by month-end.

What Types of RFE for Dependents & Derivatives on 485 filing ????

Hi Guys ,

Just wanted to get some thoughts on any experiences dealing with RFEs after filing for 485. I filed as a dependent and I'm on H1B at the time of filing. Since last entry in to USA . A few months before switching my status temporarily almost 3 years ago , I was on bench for 4 months with out pay. I'm just a little worried if they ask pay stubs and stuff for that period. I have had 3 H1b approvals sicne that incident and had been in status with al lpay stubs. Current pay stubs are all accurate when filing 485 this month.

So, does USCIS go really deep to check if the dependent on 485 had been In status ?

Yes. USCIS will check the history of I485 for the dependent as well. But, I don't think they will go to an extent of asking for pay stubs unless they find some thing missing with your AOS package. One of my colleague submitted just passport and H1 B copies as dependent and he got his GC and never had an RFE.
