Yes. The lawyer can file for I140 in EB2 with out filing for labor. The old labor is just fine. My attorney did it for one of my colleague.Quote:

I received the EAD/ AP approval e-mail and text from NSC yesterday at 10.30pm CST. However, my wife, whose I-485/EAD/AP application was filed along with me has not received any e-mail/ text and her LUD has also not changed since RD. Is this usual with NSC or a cause for concern? To others who filed in Nov at NSC and received EAD/AP e-mail/cards:
did you and your dependent/s get e-mail/sms at the same time or was there any delay for them?
