It is ridiculous that so many Nov filers have had no action while Jan filers are getting approved. I understand the LHF idea and I am fine with it too - but this beyond that. At least issue an RFE if there is something that is slowing down the processing - take some action. I guess the coming retrogression and the following slow movement back will make the process a little bit closer to FIFO.

Any idea, how long will it take for status to change from RFE to RFE Response Received.
As per my Attorney, he sent it last week on Tuesday and till now, I don't see any updates.

- I-140 Amendment application filed - Nov 10 2011
- RFE Issued on the application - Dec 12 2011
- Filed response to RFE on March 5, 2012
- Received approval on March 12, 2012

Frnds wanted to share that we got our EAD's approved!!
OK. I understand IBIS and FP checks. As I remember we fill G325A for last 5 yrs of where we stayed etc .. is BG check(is it same as name check?) done based on this or some thing else. Do they check 5 yrs or more ... I have continuos 4+ yrs of stay in US does that make my checks go faster ... shed some light if you know of ... thanks buddy
