Walked into congresswoman's local office on 8/8/2013 and spoke to the immigration liaison/caseworker. They took the privacy form, i-485 notice and told me that they will provide me an update in next 3 weeks. If I do not hear back in 3 weeks time, the liaison gave me his business card and asked me to contact him.
I also have an InfoPass appointment for 08/20/2013. Hope to get some concrete information then.

Opened SR on August 5th no response, today contacted senator hope something happened, getting somewhat desperate.
I never felt so relieved in last 3 years! The magic email came to me an hour ago. My PD is Jul 31 2007 EB2I. Texas, replied to mass RFE on 07/16.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. As Spec mentioned in the other thread (and its on Trackitt too), the delay might be due to consulates being closed for a week. I also think, it has to do with the "slower" pace for approvals - particulary for the upgrades (porters). It should be out tomorrow afternoon.Quote:
