Yeah i really wish i can sit down clamly and have a coffee. But there is a firedrill going on at work.
For kicks i wanted to the canadian border and swing by over the weekend.

At this point i m thinking i dont want to worry any more...not about gc but about work and all....give it my best..go all out.

Hi gc5000, my employers were willing to file a premium processing but it seems USCIS didn't accept giving some vague reasons.

Now that gclongwait has got his GC, i guess i'll be the new gclongwait on the forum :D

About online status check for Feb filers: Based on my random queries, the difference between my receipt number and the receipt number for which record is available has gone down from yesterday's 4K to 800. It seems records are there but available only if EAD/AP has been approved or some action has been taken after FP is done. My FP was completed yesterday, so I hope I will be able to check my record next week.

Finally Green after 11 years in USA

Friends,
We have finally received CPO email for my wife as well, bringing my 11 year journey in the USA to fruition.
Surviving the last 5 years with the employer has been a challenge and I am glad we are through this now.

I wish each and everyone waiting for their GC to get their GCs ASAP.

Premium procesing not available for 140 amendment. PP is only for fresh 140s.

Sandeep, i guess we need to wait atleast a month to get our 140 approved...mine too similar case as urs...comp. got acquired after my original 140 was approved...acquistion hapend 3 years ago.

when concurrent filing is done, i think adjudication happens when amended 140 is approved.

We were also not able to track our receipt online. But once EAD/AP was approved, we were able to track it.

I dont think so based on what I have seen from forum comments. Did not see a LUD on my case after FP

I got CPO email yesterday afternoon 2:30 and another at 9:15 PM for I485. I think i will wait for a week and see if its real and not a mistake.

Hi guys,
Update, got my EAD card in the mail today.

Edit: I believe this serves as the AP as well. Hoping feb filers start seeing their respective cards soon.
