Ladies and Gents,
Our time has come!!!! Our status (wife and me) changed to "Approved" just now on the decision. This journey has been long and tiring. I really hope everyone gets relief especially Leo and Teddy who have been the torchbearers for this forum.
Best wishes everyone!!
I received my EAD/AP card yesterday. It has a validity of 2 years, does it means USCIS determined that dates are going to retrogress?
I believe, any body who sent their RFE response will get approved with in 7 - 10 business days on average. It might take more time for those filers, who got their I-485 apps packets and the attorney had to resend them as part of the RFE response, since the officers might have to repeat the processing once again.
Guys what do you think...How many days it will take to get adjudicated after getting a case assigned to an IO officer
Seems my case assigned to IO officer on 02/23/2012
I see one on trackitt : http://www.trackitt.com/member/hope2009
NSC early walk in for FP
updated today....
Gurus any comments???
Wow! He just negated the retrogression, RD or PD theory of processing. Nice to see them coming
:)RMS that theory got negated a long time ago. Teddy made this prediction in December itself that processing centres will do the processing irrespective of PD due to the rapid movement. Also early FP will be an additional curveball....luck plays a major role too.If the applicant gets an easy going officer even with late registered BC the file could approved if it is in pre-adjudicated queue. All it takes to get into the Pre-adjudicated queue is passing through Fingerprinting/Name check.
I will not be surprised to see more Jan filers get approved in early March.
I received my 485 receipt last week, My RD is 14-Feb. I am still not able to search my case in USCIS. Does it really take this long?
