Congratulations Leo - enjoy the surreal feeling :)
Congrats Leo. Wish you the very best.
Congratulations Leo, happy for you and your family. Its your turn now Teddy.
I mailed our RFE responses (mine and my wife's) today. Hopefully a positive decision will be made on our cases soon. Our RFEs were for photocopies of official birth certificates.
Congrats, Leo Verde.
Thanks nayekal! are you the same one from I m m i g r a t i o n V o i c e core?[/QUOTE]
Yes. I used to access ** occasionally and followed others to Q's forum.
Got RFE detailed notice today.... (same RFE for Spouse & Myself)
"Please submit a photocopy of your official birth certificate. If the document is not in English, please include a certified English translation. If a birth certificate does not exist or cannot be obtained, you must demonstrate this and submit secondary evidence pertinent to the facts at issue.
You must submit the requested information within eighty-four (84) days from the datc of this letter (87 days if this notice was received by mail). Failure to do so may result in the denial of your application."
We already submitted NAC & two affidavits (one from parents & one from uncle).
What should we send them now???
Any suggestion please...................
Today i received RFE notification (lawyer also got copy).
Asking for photocopy of official Birth Certificate for all primary and dependent.
Planing to send photocopy of official Birth Certificate and two affidavits for all.
Primary BC registered late, secondary BC registered after 2-3 days of born.
Officer # XM 1027
84 days time to respond.
Guys Nishant posted a few days back that Ron Gotcher had commented on this issue. The root cause is that since EAD / AP & GC are 3 applications 3 copies of BC related material should be submitted. I would suggest you do the same in consultation with your lawyer. In my own case Iam submitted old bc + 2 affidavits originally for the RFE submitted the same including new BC's with old birth registration date generated after 485 filing.
My RFE was for a photocopy of official birth certificate and I submitted the following in the same order. Keeping fingers crossed now :)
1) Gold sheet on top
2) Photocopy of white RFE letter
3) RFE Response Cover Letter
4) Photocopy of BC
5) Photocopy of Secondary School Certificate
6) Affidavits from mother, father & aunt
7) Photocopies of biometric pages of current & expired passports
Make sure to waive the signature confirmation if mailing by USPS Express Mail. I forgot to do that in my case. USPS left a note to pick up my mail and the following day a person from USCIS picked it up from the post office. I called the local USPS office in Mesquite, TX and they told me to not worry and this is normal for them. USCIS does pick up signature confirmation mails from post office the following day. But to avoid any confusion or delays, better to waive signature confirmation.
Friends,
We received our CPO emails just a short while ago from TSC. I thank all of you for being there for all of us.
Teddy, I pray that you should cross the line very soon. Hopefully today, if not over the weekend.
I wish you all the very best.
As they say, the pastures are always greener on the other side. In this case, it is truly greener.
No RFE letter yet!. Wife got RFE email on March 2nd (last friday) and still no physical RFE mail. Do they mail it on the day we get the e-mail or is it mailed out later? Anyone knows if the attorney gets the RFE or the applicant or both? If it was mailed out on March 2nd, it is strange that both me and attorney have not got anything yet!
Start of another week, good luck to everyone. Hope to hear good news on approvals.
Thanks Essenel, the interesting thing is for the last 2 weeks whoever has written this Monday morning post has been greened :) the same week first IEB2 and then Leo. So I decided to write it this week :) :). Good luck to you and everyone in the RFE club.
Following are the details of user HESANI from Trackitt. Looks like its taking a long time from the response review state to approval. I would just consider myself as borderline for this week. Number of RFE cases are multiplying so older timelines don't apply.

Really didn't wanted to come to this thread. But here I am.
Just got an RFE today in the morning, it says nothing about the RFE in the SMS nor in the email. Called USCIS help desk and they said wait for the mail.
Gurus, can you guys let me know whats the process followed on RFE's or someone who has been through it can post about the steps need to be followed on the main post of the thread. It will be of great help.
Thank you
