Hi Sun,
I guess you can get that from your attorney or employer. I am not sure if you have no chance to do that now or for any reason did not want to do that. I had mine mailed over by my employer as soon as it was approved.

Sun, After submitting the original LC alongwith I-140 petition to USCIS , I haven't seen any need for copy of LC at all. (DOL certify and send back the ETA originally submitted by us and no separate approval letter is included though)Quote:

Sun, not an expert but if you had your h1b extended, there is a copy of the PERM/I-140 that usually goes with the application. Atleast for me that was the case.
