i am a Brazilian immigrant I've been living in the US since 2006 with a work visa.In November of 2007 my attorney applied for the Labor Certificate.
So my priority date is NOV/07, my I-140 was approved already and now I'm just waiting my PD.
Its moving super slow lately....anyone has a guess on how long it should take?they are in February of 2006 now! :(
Do you think with the elections it will get even slower?
