Hello ,
My h1b petition by new employer had the employer name misspelt by the lawyers. The petition was filed a week back on premium and not yet approved. Lawyers filed a service request to correct the spelling of the employer.
I am not sure how it impact the approval timeline. Does anyone here knows about these process and if it causes delay.
