PERM Certifications For FY2020 Quarter 4 (Selected Statistics)

OFLC has released the PERM figures Selected Statistics for Q4 FY2020. They are not shown on the site yet, but can be found at this link.

Up to FY2020 Quarter 4 there were:

Certifications -- 86,056 (8.32% less than FY2019)
Denied ----------- 4,212 (2.39% less than FY2019)
Withdrawn -------- 3,750 (1.52% more than FY2019)

Processed ------- 94,018 (8.41% less than FY2019)


PERM Received --- 115,133 (2.60% more than FY2019) (115,113 in DOL sheet is an error)


Backlog increased by 7,263 from 51,864 at the end of Q3 FY2020 to 56,006 (14.00% increase) at the end of FY2020 Q4.

Backlog increased by 21,329 from 34,677 at the end of FY2019 to 56,006 (61.51% increase) at the end of FY2020.
