EAD/AP Application fees, first time filer after 485 submission

Hello

Just want to confirm the fees for I765/I131 INITIAL application once 485 is receipted. The lawyer didn't file I765/I131 along with I485 this month.

As per my understanding due to the court injunction, there are no fees still for I765/I131 for C(9) category. (EB2-I, derivative application)

USCIS has this all-new FEE calculator now, which is asking for Biometrics --> $85.00 and I-131 --> $575.00, there is no fee for I765.
