hi guys can any one explain what spill over is and how does it work also i have read that there may be spill over in to eb3 row soon is this right ?

thank you for the info it just seems like nothing is easy it never seems to flow it just gets going then it stops the VB in jan knocked me and a lot more backwards still cant work that one out, o'well hopefully not much longer with a bit of luck i can see the light now and i think i am on the home run.
