ASC for fingerprinting appointments

Hello

Trying to create an SR for the H4 extension, still not received Biometric appointment though, filed on 3/16/2020 at CSC.
Currently, CSC is processing cases of 03/17/2020 but it wouldn't let me, what are my other options.
