I have a question on H1b Transfer for my brother.
he has a fresh H1b approved last year for 2 years which is expiring this October. his company is not sending him to Clint location. he decides to transfer the H1b to another company directly in US or thru WITCH.
since he never entered US and do not have a pacycheck is it possible to transfer his H1b to another company?
