Official OFLC PERM Figures FY2017

The Selected Statistics and Full Disclosure figures have been released today.

As observed in the Unofficial figures post, while these figures are much lower than FY2016, in the context of historical figures they remain among the highest for a FY.

OFLC received 105,034 PERM cases in FY2017 and processed 97,603 cases.

The backlog of PERM cases was 38,819. This was an increase of 7,878 (25.5%) compared to the end of FY2016.
