What is the weakness of our technical education system?

Hi there,

Students from the engineering and polytechnic colleges are not happy with their technical education system. Because they are not gathering the enough practical knowledge to get job or to survive after getting job. Govt. should take steps according to our students requirements.

So, what are the weakness? And*how can we overcome from this situations?
