Filing a separate I-485 through Spouse - Do I need a separate I-131?

Hello all,
I have an approved I-140 though my employer, EB2- Sep 09 PD. AOS is pending and I have an EAD/AP valid till 01/2017.

I am going to apply for a green card through my spouse. We are planning on filing I-130 and I-485 soon.

I anticipate travel while the I-130 gets processed and AOS gets processed.

Do I need to file a separate I-131 to make sure my family based AOS?

Any experience on this is appreciated.
