PERM Certifications for January 2016

The OFLC really surpassed themselves in January 2016 with 11,282 certifications. That's the highest monthly total I can remember seeing in the recent past.

I have a few gaps in Country of Birth to fill in, but I will update this post with the breakdown when I have filled them in. Check back over the next few days.
