Sorry for a personal question, but I need your advise. My company wants me to move into another location (same company, same vendor but a different state and location). My PD id Sep 2008 and I have I-140 approved.
How will this move affect my GC Processing? Will the PERM need to be re-applied and all the processing to be re-done? Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately I dont have direct access to our company attorney. :(
