Filing of I-485 - for both applicant and spouse

Hi,

My wife's PD is 10/2009. She was on EB3 previously, but ported to EB2 last year. My PD is 12/2012, on EB2. Please advice below:

- If dates reach 10/2009, then, I think that; my wife is eligible to file for I-485 to get EAD. Can I be a dependent and apply for I-485 to get EAD? If so, can both of us eligible to apply for EAD and AP?
- May I know the list of documents that are needed to file for I-485?

immihelp - the answer is yes all over. Just go to USCIS website. That's the best source for knowing what you need for 485.
