NY / NJ Employers who can start GC before H1B Transfer

Looking for employers who can start GC processing before H1B. My priority date is June 15th 2010. EB2I with approved I-140. I have good experience in Investment Banking IT, confident on landing a job once the visa situation is agreed. Currently employed by one of the top UK banks.
