Hi,
I was working from Mar 08 - Aug 09 in H1B and then went to H4 status. Currently I have an offer from an employer who is ready to sponsor my H1B. My question is when can I start working?
1. Can start working as soon as I receive the receipt notice
2. Can start working only after approval of petition
