485 - RFE Responded - Suggestion Request

Hello Q, Spec & all Gurus,

Firstly...My Hearty Congratulations to all ; who have received Green Cards.

I have a been a great admirer of this site and the contributions, insight provided by all the Experts.

I have been a silent/muted follower for nearly 2 years.

I need your Advice/Suggestion on my situation.

My PD is : Feb 14th 2008, EB2 INDIA; Received RFE on Sept 16 2013, Responded RFE on Oct 2nd 2013.

I am in a confused state right now; Can I open a SR by approaching the Service Center? Or should I have to wait further more?

I have seen GC Approvals after RFE within 10days or even less for various Priority Dates.

Any Advice/Suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Esp - welcome to the forum. just give them a month at least before you open SR. It is just a matter of a few more weeks max before you are greened.

Thanks a lot Q; sorry for a delayed response. As adviced; I will give it couple more weeks. I did not expect a quick response :-) and that too from Great Q!!.

Insight on my case - My PD is : Feb 14th 2008, EB2 INDIA; Received RFE on Sept 16 2013, Responded RFE on Oct 2nd 2013, I485 Approved on 10/28/13.
