L2 Expired; I-94 valid till Jul 22, 2015 - EAD Renewal ??

Anyone -

I am on L2 as dependent on my husband's L1 which got expired in Apr 2013, but my I-94 is valid till Jul, 2015 (2 more years from now). I had applied for EAD last year (category: A18) and been issued on Jan 12, 2012 and that is going to expire on Jan 11, 2014.

My questions are -

1. Can I still file a EAD renewal as I am continuing in US only on I-94?

2. As per different forums/USICS, I should apply for renewal anytime after Oct 11, 2013? It would be a paper filing or e-filing?

3. Any other thing which I need to take care?
