Hi gurus,
My 140 has been approved recently.
PD is Mar 1st 2012
I am in 4th year of H1B
Recently my company(200+) has bee acquired by a bigger company(1000+).
My questions:
1) what can happen to my h1 status?
2) what can happen to my GC process
kindly please advice me.

ImmiGiveMe, welcome to forum. I think your H1 should continue as is. And so would the GC Process. I know that for GC there has to be some change of ownership form that your company lawyers will have to fill. For H1 I am not sure.Quote:
