Its 180+ days since receipt of I485 EB2 India. I have EAD now.
I replied to RFE in May last week and status shows 'RFE review' since.
-If I get layoff now:confused:, can I stay in US with EAD?
-On RFE I dont know if get pre-adjudicated. Without getting pre-adjudicated, can I still stay in US in this situation?
I know that AC21 could be used but I am more concerned about the time I can remain unemployed.
