After doing quite a lot of forum readups, the Guru's maintain that EB2IC (EB2 for India/China) for FY2012 will end up around DEC 2007 - March 2008.
My question was, how do we see EB2IC in FY2013 behave? Do we think that EB2IC would come upto 2011, even if for a month in FY2013?
I am trying to do a Trend Analysis based on data from Last 5 years and these are the best dates:
VB Best PD Date Approx Difference between PD and VB date
FY2012 May 1st, 2010 2 Years
FY2011 Apr 15th, 2007 4 Years
FY2010 May 8th, 2006 4 Years
FY2009 Jan 8th, 2005 4 Years
FY2008 Aug 1st, 2006 2 Years
FY2007 Current
What I am trying to get at is - In last 5 years, the difference between Visa Bulletin release date and Priority Date has been almost 4 years.
In 2013, do we expect that the best PD date would be around 2009?
My PD is Feb 2011, So I am guessing I will have to wait till 2015 for my PD to be current :(
All I am looking for is an EAD/AP - so that I can breathe freely in this land of Liberty. :confused::mad::(
