Guys,
First time transferring from Full time to consulting. Is it easier to get H1 petition approved via the prime vendor than via a Desi company in E-V-C model? Client wont provide any letter and project is of short duration. Also will have to start the project before the H1 petition is approved.
Help needed.

usernameone7,
I am not in the E-V-C model, but based on my knowledge it is not easy to get H1 approved without providing a copy of contract/client letter thesedays.
Good luck!

Without Client letter & with a desi consulting company, it's a risk at best. I'm not an attorney and none of the members on this forum are( I'm 99% sure :)), so please post this question on Ron Gotcher's forum:http://www.immigration-information.com/
