My first reaction is to sue the DMV in georgia. Guys you are all educated smart and well earning. Don't take this nonsense. Unite and take some action.

This is outrageous! EAD/AP denotes a valid immigration status and hence should absolutely be acceptable for DLs.

My gut reaction is that republican states are trying to make life of DACA/DAPA people miserable. Since they get EADs - now all EADs are a problem for them.

yeah cant imagine this as I recently got mine approved for next 6 years here in CT based on EAD which expires end of this year. In fact the lady was trying to see if I could get a federal identification Drivers license and was apologetic to me when she couldn't. I told her I knew I cant get one and she as like no harm in trying for one !!!
