Hi,
I have a valid I140 approved currently with Employer A. I moved to Employer B and now I need to apply H1B Extension with Employer B. Employer B is not sponsoring GC so I thought to use Employer A I140.
But Recently I came to know that Employer A changed company name to C but my I140 is not amended or revoked.
Will there be any issues if I get my H1B extension done with Employer B using Employer A's I140 without Amendment or do we need any Amendment related documents.
I am currently on 5th year of H1B which will complete soon
Please suggest.
