Hi:
My GC was approved on Aug 12th, 2014 and I received the cards in hand. I had initiated a Senator inquiry on my case status on 23 July, 2014 and never received any reply on it. Last week I got a letter from USCIS that a Senator inquiry was initiated on my behalf on Aug 14th and the inquiry was that I haven't received my cards. It further says that I can either wait for the cards OR go to the nearest Infopass office and get the passport stamped. I want to ignore the letter, but wanted to take your views on this. Do I need to:
a.) Call the USCIS office and tell them that I have received my card long time back. I am hesitant in doing this since USCIS is a govt office and calling them on one thing might lead to another confusion somewhere else down the line.
OR
b.) Just ignore the letter.

Your reply is highly appreciated.

Thank you and cheers!

Ramaka.

Ignore it or you can be nice and increase USCIS work load by writing a letter to them! It's a hard choice!!

I would ignore it.
