That is a very well drafted letter!

2 Qs:

1/ Can salary be described as "at least ____", rather than the actual amount?
Also, is there any % salary increase above which it is a red flag for USCIS?

2/ Is it necesary to mention that job title has changed?
Isn't it sufficient to just say that job duties have remained the same?

No idea leo. I just put what my company sent my lawyers :) I didn't have any say in it. Considering I work for a Big 4 consulting firm and use Fragomen as a lawyer, I'd say they have the experience in this sort of thing.
