Hello All,
My PD is EB2I - April 2009. Managed to get my foot in the door when the dates moved to 2010 couple years ago. I have had EAD/AP since April 2012 and have renewed it once already (I am still maintaining my H1B status though). I am still with the same employer that filed for my EB2 application back in 09. I am now contemplating moving to a different work location in another state but with this same employer. I am under the impression that this will not be an issue since I have passed the "180 day" threshold long time back . Are there any roadblocks that I should be aware of before making this move? I already have a question out to my attorney office on this but they are taking forever to respond :( Any info would be greatly appreciated.
