Job Change on EAD

Hi - I started my own firm with an EAD. I have an approved I-140.

Just now I received an RFE request...still dont know what it is.

If I get an RFE for evaluation, can I send an RFE from my own firm. If I do that, I would be signing my own evaluation. WIll that be acceptable?

What have others you started their own firms on EAD done?

Currently the revenues are very limited and hence I am not paying myself a salary.

This might just get approved on a wing and a prayer. But I am afraid this is risky for the same reason that you can't sponsor your own H1 because of the inherent conflict of interest. I would recommend spending some money on lawyer or finding a job ASAP.

Does anyone have any sample self employment offer letters? I have checked with lawyers in the past and everyone said that as long as the job duties are similar to the ones mentioned in the LC, I will be fine. Fingers crossed!
