Hello
I am a new registrant on this forum. I have applied for my EAD on March 12th 2013. Today I got an email for RFE. I am renewing my EAD since 2007 with no issues. I am on EB3 from India.
I have following questions, appreciate someone can share their experiences.
1. I have efiled the EAD. Does this mean the RFE comes to me or to my attorney?
2. Is there any one recently got an RFE, if yes what sort of question?
3. My GC status may become current in June 2013 Visa bulletin. Due to the same are they expecting me to go for last round of Finger Print (My last finger print was in 2008). In the year 2011 I Travelled to India & came back. I do not remember if there was any finger prints taken at the POE.
I really appreciate some one on this forum share their experinces.
