My co-brother had query in India when he went in for stamping. The case was moved USCIS. Just today the status changed POst descision activity.

With below details. Neither attorney nor the employer recieved any reafirmation / rejection information.

"On April 24, 2012, your notice I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of April 24, 2012, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move NGLISH

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations"

You question below is quite poorly worded. Can you please clean rephrase and then ask?
Otherwise after 3 days from now I can remove this thread and you can simply create a new one.
