Hi All,

We have just mailed I-539 form for H1b to H4 conversion to the USCIS field office in lewisville,tx via UPS overnight. The tracking info says there was no one to receive the package and a second attempt would be made.

I am not sure about their office hours. Have anyone faced this issue?

I have not heard of this. seems like from the form's instructions, you have used the correct address listed for courier delivery.
