Change of Job ( AC-21 )

Hi,
I have been a reader on the forums for a long time. Thanks for the valuable contribution from all the guys. My priority date is Sept 2009. Also 180 days waiting post I-485 is also complete. One of my friends is starting a start up. I want to quit my current job and go work for the start up.

I would like to know what are my options. Can I use AC-21 to go work for a start up?

Short answer : You can use AC21 to go work for a startup.
Caveat: USCIS may want to ensure that the business is a. Legitimate, b. Able to sustain your salary (comparable to what you are making right now), and c. is hiring you for the same or similar post that you are at right now.

Getting to know more about the business model and its potential to earn is advisable.
