Extension Of Medical Validity?

I completed my vaccinations in Nov. 2011 for my 485 application, that went out in December. If I'm not wrong, the vaccination has a 1 year validity..

Can I expect a RFE for the same wherein I have to repeat the $500 charitable donation?

Every year, USCIS publishes a memo extending the validity of the Medical examination.

I think they have been doing it since 2007.

The latest one (http://www.uscis.gov/USCIS/Outreach/Feedback%20Opportunities/Interim%20Guidance%20for%20Comment/Ext_ValidityMedical_Cert_I693_2.pdf) extended the validity to January 2013 and I expect further ones to follow each year.
